Rubber strip expansion joint device is fit for express bridge project
of the movement less than 50mm; BF complex plate expansion joint device
is fit for express bridge project of the movement less than 200mm;
SF trinal-protection expansion device is fit for middle, big span
bridge project. Cd,Fd,Fm expansion joint devices are fit for express
bridge project of the movement less than 80mm;
GQF-MZL and XF types of expansion joint devices comprised by profiled
bar and rubber strip sealing and movement control system are fit for
movements between 80-1200mm, polymeric spring expansion joint device
which use polymeric to let the every movement same is fit for movements
between 80-1200mm, and have lower height in structure.
Railway expansion joint device is important joint between the bridge
girder ports, and plays important role in expansion of bridge girder
and watertight. Considering of lasting requirement, choosing weatherize
steel and aluminum alloy can promote the weatherize character; watertight
strip with the trunk shape, if curved girder port gap could not use
trunk shape strip, we can use strip shape. Railway bridge expansion
joint device could not stand the direct force of wheel, without considering
load, the height of weatherize expansion joint device is only 38mm,
the height of aluminum alloy expansion joint device is only 40mm,
we can install the joint very easily in the bridge protection deck,
not need set a gap in the girder.
