.All kinds of bearings are easy to install and have good quality. Plate rubber bearings can transfer the force to abutment, and support the deformation (horizontal movement and rotation) of the girder structure. The bearings are fit for the middle, low load and big movements because of the lower friction of PTFE which could let the girder have free movement on the PTFE surface. Plate rubber bearings are not only good advantage in technique, but also have simple structure, low price, without maintenance, reduce shake, lower height of structure. The working principle of pot bearings is using the elastic rubber which is into the half close pot, elastic rubber has the flow character with three force, to realize the rotation of the upper structure; depend on the lower friction between PTFE which in the piston and stainless steel fixed on the top plate to realize the horizontal movement. Pot bearings could stand big load than plate rubber bearings, so pot bearings can satisfy big load, big horizontal movements and big rotation. Spherical bearings can keep every direction rotation character and transfer force safely. Not only have the character of stand big load, horizontal movements like pot bearings, but also are fit for the wide bridge, curved bridge, Spherical bearings can set 3 class in designing rotation: 0.01rad、0.015rad、0.02rad. Cylindrical steel bearing is a kind of steel bearing which uses the surface contact to transfer force, move bearing is used the comparatively rotation of cylindrical surface for rotation of girder port, using surface move to adapt the horizontal movements of the girder port. The pull of the train let the bearing have big load to balance, meantime, transfer the force to lower part and abutment. We use mulriple dust protection and corrosion protection in designing. V that is cylindrical steel bearing has good character in load, good in rotation and movement, lower height of structure, good ability in anti-shake, good in sealing ,fewer maintenance or without maintenance. Spherical and cylindrical bearings do not have the rubber part ,so they do not have the crisp of lower temperature, they are fit for the lower temperature area. The plate rubber bearings are used in Expressway bridge include GJZ、GJZF4、GYZ、GYZF4、QY、QYF4、YP、JP、YPQ、YPF4.. The pot bearings are used in Expressway bridge include GPZ、GPZ（Ⅱ）、GPZ（KZ）、QPZ. Spherical bearings include QZ. The plate rubber bearings are used in Railway bridge include general bridge (2005) 8348. The pot bearings are used in Railway include KTPZ、TGPZ、CKPZ、special（2007）8160、QKPZ、 special（02）8156、JHPZ(simple)、JHPZ。Also include KTPZ、TGPZ、CKPZ. Cylindrical steel bearings include QZ-YZM、TK-YZM、TK04-YZM、KTYZM. |
